Oliver Wittman
Water Resources Technician

Oliver Wittman is a Water Resources Technician who is currently an undergraduate student working on his degree in geology. At WHPA, he regularly conducts field work that includes groundwater-level measurements, water-quality sampling, potential contaminant windshield surveys, and pump tests. Oliver helps with many projects by gathering geological, hydrological, political, contamination, and climatological data for use in groundwater models, water demand analysis, and wellhead protection plans. Mr. Wittman creates various maps, graphs, and figures both for analysis and inclusion in final reports.
