The goal of WHPA is to bring modern skills, new tools, and a diverse team to our clients in the public and private sector. Our staff includes some of the leading hydrologists, water resource planners, and modelers, with local, regional, national and international experience. Our water resources professionals have been trained in a wide range of engineering and environmental sciences. Staff specialists include groundwater scientists, watershed hydrologists, water resource engineers, modelers, geologists, water quality analysts, database designers and computer scientists. Our success in solving problems faced by water utilities, state water management agencies, regulators, engineering-design firms, and drainage districts is based on creativity, technical skill and the ability to listen.
