Water Resources Engineer
Brad has a broad range of expertise and experience
in the environmental sciences and engineering.
He supports WHPA on projects in both
surface and groundwater systems. 
He is experienced
in all facets of the study of lake and stream
aquatic systems; field smapling, laboratory analysis,
biotic surveys, and habitat and landscape
studies. In addition, Brad has over 15 years of experience
in mechanical design and project management.
Brad received his M.S. In Environmental
Science from Indiana University, and a B.S. In
Mechanical Engineering from California State
University at Chico.
