Brad Schroeder
Water Resources Engineer

Brad Schroeder is a Project Engineer with 20 years professional experience in engineering and management. His expertise is in site assessment and modeling and developing engineered solutions to complex problems.

Originally from California, Brad earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering at California State University at Chico, and an M.S. in environmental science from Indiana University. He has over 12 years experience in various engineering disciplines: water resources, environmental, mechanical design, software, and manufacturing. Brad has spent an additional eight years in department and project management positions in sales, marketing, and manufacturing.

Brad has worked on various environmental projects involving groundwater modeling, contaminant transport, wellhead protection, site assessment and remediation, and water utility planning. He is experienced in working with local communities and government agencies in developing programs and economical solutions to problems that best serve the community while meeting regulatory requirements.

Brad is specifically adept at engineering analysis and the use of computer aided design and analysis tools. His experience using a variety of analytical tools for environmental analysis and mechanical systems, coupled with the ability to generate custom software code gives him a unique ability to apply creative solutions and approaches to problem resolution.

In addition, he is experienced in statistical analysis and developing statistical sampling plans to ensure compliance to federal and state standards. He also has the ability to implement sampling and remediation plans by working with external contractors, performing surface and groundwater sampling, collecting soil samples, and laboratory analysis.
